- Specialized Education through Courses: We offer a variety of courses designed specifically for aspiring insurance agents. These courses are structured to provide a solid foundation in insurance knowledge, adapting to the individual learning needs of each participant.
- Access to the Xcel Solutions Educational Platform: Participants have access to Xcel Solutions, a market-recognized platform. Although it's not our own creation, we offer access through a membership we cover, allowing participants to take the courses for free. This platform offers up-to-date study materials, practical exercises, and interactive resources that facilitate effective learning.
- Continuous Monitoring and Preparation for Certification: We provide personalized support to each participant, ensuring they receive the necessary support until they obtain their permanent license or certification. Our team of experts monitors individual progress, offering mentorship and additional resources to help overcome any challenges on the path to professional certification.
To hire new agents you must meet the following requirements:
- Permanent License
- W9 with your information
- Regarding the submission of the certificate (CMS), you will be required to do so in person. However, if you need assistance, additional management, or a review of the process, please contact [email protected]Our team will be available to provide you with the necessary support with any questions or requests you may have.
- For your errors and omissions policy, I recommend considering the following two options:

2. To create your user in the New Health Partner portal and proceed with the initial contract request, we kindly ask you to send an email to [email protected], providing the following information:
- NPN: National Producer Number
- Social Security Number
- Email
- First and Last Names: (as they appear on the license)

3. Set your password in the New Health Partner Portal to manage your contract control.
- Access to: Portal de New Health Partner
- Click on: «Sign Up»
- Update your personal information: Once logged in, you can make updates to your personal information.
- Contract Management: You can also request new contracts or modify the status of existing ones.
Point 3: After completing step 2, we will send you an email invitation to complete your registration on the portal. Once you have completed the sign-up process, we will be available to guide and advise you on your first contract requests. To continue:
- Access the portal and go to the "Contracting" section in the taskbar on the left side.
- In the first option, select “Live Insurance.”
- In the second option, choose the contract you wish to apply for.
- In the third option, indicate whether you currently have a contract.

4. Create an account on Work Market, New Health Partner's commission payment portal, used by companies like Molina, Cigna, and Ambetter.
- Recommendations:
- Use this link to register
- Create the account as an individual.
- Use the same email address you have registered with New Health Partner.
5. Request access to the Sherpa.
